New Leveling System

Im not sure why riot took away IP but its cool they want to take league in a new direction as far as buying champions and the crafting system but its actually quiet trash im level 37 and in the capsule I got a karthus champ shard and a tristana champ shard lets think here thats like 800 blue essences thats absolutely nothing like come on riot yall can do better im literally not gaining any blue essences and its gonna take me abosultely way too long to get to 6400 I wish that riot would change this because its actually so cancer im never gonna be able to buy all the champs on this account with the new value system... PLEASE ANY RIOT EMPLOYEE LOOK AT THIS AND CONSIDER WHAT IM SAYING TWO CHAMP SHARDS FOR LEVEL 37.
