Co-op vs ai bots in customs

So, make fun of me if you want, but bots are fun. They allow u to do stupid things like Ap jhin. But if you play the match made one, other people may want to just end asap, so creating a custom 5v5 with 9/10 being bots, it can be fun. So, I was looking into it lately and, I realized, there are certain bots, in co-op vs ai that arent available in customs. Im super confused, is there a reason for this? Or is it just riot being lazy (whitch i highly doubt) and not adding in the options? I personaly want to be able to fight those bots such as Yasuo, Katarina, or Olaf.
