Account sharing of any kind is a violation of the terms of use.

Sharing an account for any reason is considered bannable, but since there's probably not a lot of big signs that the account is being shared, major location changes being a big one, it might not get picked up.

Also it doesn't matter what queue it's in.

It is still technically account sharing. If it was just one game, unlikely though.

It is bannable for anyone but the account creator/owner to play on their account. That being said if it is done on the same computer and not done frequently Riot most likely wont catch it. If your friend decides to play more often, have them get their own account.

Yes, it is technically bannable, and not just because boosting messes up matchmaking.

You are considered responsible for any actions on your account. I can't tell you how many times I've seen posts saying "My sibling/friend/roommate got my account banned!" Even if you think you can trust the other person, they lose nothing if they break the rules.

No one can ban you , it was your pc after all and there is no prove that your friend used your account , It was your PC after all lol but generally , account sharing is strictly forbidden

If your friend admitted in chat that he was using your account, or if you admitted it (You have right here and now) than you have no counter against punishment. Sorry.

Having anyone play on your account under any circumstances is a bannable offense

Is it a violation of the TOS? Yes. Will Riot ever know if you don't type it in chat? Nope! To be clear, I do not endorse you breaking the TOS, etc, etc. don't break the rules (obligatory).

Its an unprovable scenario assuming they are on your account on your computer on your ip address.

Honestly.. the debate on if it is okay baffles me. Clearly it is against the rules but trying to say things like "only for one game" or something to test it out.. The game is free? Just download it. Not a big deal to delete the game if you do not like it. No reason to risk someone getting banned over a free to play game.
