Blitzcrank nerf

Im sure we've all beem vialated by Blitzcrank at some point in our lives, and i was just wondering why twomof his abilties have a 100% ap scale with decent base damage as it is. His q is so punishing especially combined with his knock up that it probaly doesnt even need to do damage to be effective. I personally dont think that the support should be doing more damage than the adc when they have that much cc on them or ever for that matter. Lastly it would be nice if his walking animation wasn't so derpy so you won't feel like a moron for getting killed by him.
