Some things

Now we all know that there has been some bullshit in league over the past years but this stuff takes the cake. First of all, why can't I play ranked with people 2 ranks above me, this is the twenty first century riot, we abolished the class system. Also I feel like I'm just loosing games now for no reason, and many many people I know have the same problem, so I need to ask who is winning these games. Lastly, is there a reason why I get stuck on purple side 90% of the time?
