Some champs are simply broken now, Thanks to Stasis clock. ahem Fizz

Fizz is totally broken now. He was bad before, but now it's just downright awful. As if he wasn't slippery enough, now he just packs Zhonya's for a regenerative use, and packs Stasis clock for when he gets piled on. I'm getting really sick of some of these champs picking up a 1v5 infamous reputation. No one champion should be capable of 1v5'ing just by himself.

I've watched video after video of how to play against a fizz. I've watched too many to count. These Fizz's always get away anyway. Even if I'm someone with a huge poke distance like Caitlyn. The only time I ever kill a Fizz is if he's in the middle of a huge base-fight, even if I'm a mid-laner. But, it usually comes at the cost of everyone else getting wiped. Why does this champ have all of this tenacity and potential and why for this long? Why don't nerfs come for this always-banned champ
