Or does Blind pick seem to have less toxic/trolls >.< i just noticed it myself i seem to get nicer people when i play in blind pick over draft pick. Maybe i am just lucky

Draft picks have much more time invested. It's entirely likely that if people feel like they're having their time wasted, they'll get more antsy about it.
If that's true then perhaps it's because teammates no longer have the ability to ban the champ you want to play, nor is there a " my primary was mid why do I get support time to dodgerino" scenario.
Personally I'd say you were just lucky.
