I was just wondering if it would be possible to make one of the AI's actually jungle so if someone is trying to learn that role that they have somewhat of the competition we all have in a sense an are able to learn the position a bit better. Since Normally its 1 vs 1 at top lane anyways besides ganking.

I don't see that being plausible for a number of reasons.
AI would be incredibly hard to program in the jungle. Lots of reasons like Zane Zephyr said. But one of the big ones that stand out for me is AI dont have runes or masteries, which makes jungling basically impossible. Sure they could add that in, but theres still so many thing that would be tough to work in. I understand your request for a jungling bot, it would just be hard to implement =/
