You know how some keystones are straight BUSTED on certain champs? What if we could ban them btiches?
Not only do you have more options to curb the power level of some oppressive champs, but you open up to more rune diversity which could ripple down into a change in the build order, style of play and not to mention champion select. Do it the way you pick a champ in One For All.
Electrocute, Conqueror, Klepto. It's like chemotherapy but without all the sickness.
And force people to change their rune pages every game? no, just more balance changes which will result in something else being broken. accept it, the game is broken, but still fun. (sometimes)

Conqueror isn't the problem with Yi.
Yi is just actually strong right now, despite the 'just cc him' meme. He has enough steroids in his kit that if your team doesn't focus him down instantly he's killing 2-3 people at least. With teams building around Yi by having Kayle and Taric, it basically removes his counterplay.

they need to just nerf the problem keystones
