I want a balance team that relies that having ryze only good in pro play and shit in solo q is bad gamplay design. I want a balance team that hotfix champion that goes 55% and 45% immediately. I want a balance team that relize their mistakes and listening to their player base rather then making more mistakes. For example, riot is making a lot of mistakes on aatrox and attrox mains told them to revert the rework. I want a balance team that are all grand master +, cause they have a better understanding what champion is getting abused. For example jax one tricks and riven one tricks! I want the balance team to DO THEIR JOB RATHER THAN TAKING FOR EVER UNTIL EVERYONE ASKS THEM WHY ISN'T IT DONE YET!

This dev team has gone a lot further to discredit itself than OP. How about clash and positional ranks for starters? Season 8 in general was a FAIL, balance has a lot of room for improvement, and repeatedly buffing Zed 'just because' is stupid on its face.

As far as balance goes, one thing that strikes my mind is this: Can you yourself even do a good job at balancing the game? Or will you just go rampant and nerf the champions you hate and buff the champions you main?

I'm curious really. Such power on your own fingertips and your balancing will make the entire player base quit and the game will be worse than the trash crisis (i'd go with train wreck but this one is worse).

Riiiiight Balance problems wouldn't even exist and would be a mere laughable myth.

Let's see:

constantly evolving game? Check.
140+ champions? Check.
hundreds of items? check.
runes with thousands of combinations? check.
thousands of build combinations on everything? check.

Very slow and tiny steps are often taken to achieve perfect balance, but 1 small change on any of these (like new rune, new strategy, new champion, etc) can and will set them very far away from achieving perfect balance. In other words, 1 step forward, 1000 steps back when something new happens.

So no. Not an "easiest" job. Sorry to disappoint you.

Jokes on you. Grandmaster players think some champions deserve 45% winrate and if you complain about it they'll call you a silver idiot and tell you to get good.

i.e. every time a champion like Garen gets nerfed LS literally says, "I guess some Rioter lost to Garen in their Silver games."\

tl;dr you don't know what you want, you just want an idealized fantasy scenario.

So you want to make any champ YOU view as strong have long Cds increased resource use lowered base damage and any champ YOU play you want lowered cds increased base damage lowered resource cost ?
