Let us choose as players whether getting our secondary role is worth faster queue times?

Basically just this, let us pick whether or not we want to queue with a secondary role or not to improve queue times, rather than making that choice for us. I can sort of understand this at super high elo, where it's going to be hardest to find players, but it's going to hurt the most as well. in reverse though, there are plenty of players in lower elo's, so being able to do this shouldn't really have the largest affect on other player's queue times as much as just your own, just considering the number of other players.

I have to say, this is particularly annoying when like what just happened to me, happens. You get one game as secondary, which for me was bot. Our jg Kog got camped, Singed top fed Graves top 0/10 by 15 minutes. Sure it happens. I queue again and get bot, so I dodge. 5 mins np. Next two games are both remade, but with primary queue which was mid. Next game that goes through I get bot again. This is 3/5 games as my secondary queue choice, what's the choice of even being able to pick a primary? I dodged again because I really don't want to play bot, this time with 10 LP penalty, whatever. Just extremely annoying.
