TLDR He's going to be broken as fuck with these new item changes. He's already insanely bursty, has cc, and sure, he may be difficult to play, but being difficult to play doesn't give you a free pass to be extremely broken and do 900+ damage with just a Lich Bane. So can we just take a second? Just to consider a few nerfs?
