Should Teemo Get Changed? POLL

NOTE: No i am not pro (silver 5) but i do see a problem with a champ and i would like to talk about how it can be changed/fixed and for all that is just coming here to cry and complain and troll just leave

I would like to see something done to are trusted and everyone hated scout Teemo. Teemo usually goes top and with the really tanky meta we have right now and some of them have a gap closer or some way to get into the fight. Teemo is a very squishy champ and seems like his only way out is to run out of it which well doesn't always work half the time they do that you are probably dead or really close to it. yes Teemo is fast but if always out run everything. recently we also have the new mages buff/patch/reworks(what ever you want to call it) and well Teemo was on the list but well there is nothing really there to help with survivability.

so we are all on the same page the last Teemo buffs were on patch 6.9 LINK which were they fixed the passive so it wouldn't interrupt his auto attacks. they lowered his q mana cost and they changed his ult cost to be at 75 mana at all ranks and lowered the cool down on the recharge time at all ranks currently on live it is 30/25/20 second.

so now we know what the last buffs were but there was not thing about surviving. now i personally would like to see a change with his W and maybe add it to his passive. they can just add the out of combat movement speed to his passive and if they want to they can scale it per level or every 6 level. For the new W skill they could add a skill that makes Teemo's auto attack do a small % damage while they are poisoned for i would say 3-4 seconds ( PBE and testing will find out how long it should be). This will let him deal with the tanks and it would also affect the Shrooms so they would deal a little more damage for the duration. now i know it doesn't fix his survivability but this is just and example only time and testing will tell what will help fix/buff Teemo. They could also make him into a ranged hybrid champ which he kind of is now but nothing really scales with AD which would be the problem.

So if you got a better idea on how to fix it leave a comment and with any luck riot will take notice and maybe implement some changes to are trusted and everyone's hated scout Teemo.
