I bought the world pass on 9/23 Saturday and completed the missions that same day. Now I'm aware that it's supposed to give you 2 missions EACH week. That being said, missions/client refresh on Tuesday/Wednesday - I did NOT receive new missions? Why is that? Anyone else have that problem or did I miss out because I bought the pass on Saturday instead of Wednesday?

Same here. I have until midnight tonight to see my new missions. Maybe late afternoon tomorrow. If they're not there by tomorrow, imma be really upset. I can not find Riot's clarification about mission respawn times anywhere, outside of "new missions weekly", which is incredibly vague.
I submitted a bug ticket thinking there was a problem with missions spawning, since my current objective still says "Complete 6 Worlds Missions".
Hold tight until some time tomorrow I guess.
From there we can further speculate when missions will be updated.

Ah man - I don't even have the "Complete 6 Worlds Missions" - I have the "Complete 4 Worlds Missions". I must be behind or something - I thought they started them last week?
