My friends champion name changed to Squill

So i was playing grag and my friend was playing zed and had a kill streak but when he died his name changed in the box, My friends think its a teaser for the new champion teaser.

I'm going to guess there was a Lulu on the enemy team. When you get Polymorphed, your name changes to Squill.
I saw something similar a couple days ago where someone's named was changed to "Dragon". Not sure why that would be though.
When Lulu polymorphs someone and that someone types in chat his "champion name" will be renamed to "Squill" on the chat.
This has been around for ages.
If she uses a different skin the polymorphed name will change too, like "cupcake", "kitty", "dragon", "snowman", "blob", etc.
