Its not riots fault Mages are being nerfed into supports

TL;DR: Its the players fault for taking mages as supports and getting nerfed, riot is just doing what players ask them to.This applies for any champion anywhere.

Its getting really old how everyone and their mom is a zyra/malz/morg/karma/etc. mid main and how they nerf the champion out of the role. News flash if people didn't take them to bot lane and abused them they wouldn't have been nerfed to shit as people say. Riot can't nerf a champion where it matters and it not effect the champion on all lanes and if everyone is playing a champion in a certain spot guess what the balance is going to be for.

If you think i'm wrong tell me why you think that i want to see what people think.

No, it is due to Riot not addressing the underlying issue - that it shouldn't be possible to send a mage bot with no gold from CS and less xp and have a viable comp.

An AP mid champion without access to cs gold should be about as useless as an ADC who has no cs.

The only reason people take them there in the first place is because its strong or even stronger than the intended role. Players will always play whats strongest, its just how the game works and Riot needs to balance around it, if they fail to do that, then.. its their fault :/

Malzahar was NERFED BEFORE he went to the support role. He started feeling terrible to play in the mid lane because his minion system became ridiculously crap. This happened, again, BEFORE he went to the support role. People were like "Well if it's not fun to play anymore mid maybe I can just go support". As I said when it first happened, I'm NOT SURPRISED he was pushed into the support role because Riot made Malzahar mid FEEL like crap and he had a kit that could work as support. This was the same for other champs as well. They went to the support role because of changes Riot made, not the other way around.

I'm using Malzahar because he was the most recent example, but AFTER Malzahar went support, they nerfed him again, and again, and again, in specific ways that made mid lane Malzahar suffer more than support Malzahar did. TBH I don't think these new changes will make Malzahar feel any better, so he'll probably become a champ no one hardly plays if things pan out the way I think they will, because as people asked for, they pretty much killed Support Malzahar so if Mid Malzahar isn't any good then he'll just be another one of those champs that hardly anyone wants to play.
