Why is {{champion:56}} so busted??
Legit Broken and busted asf. Remove his fear and add slow to his kit instead. But ofc we are talking about Riot who is known for not knowing how to balance a champion.

He needs a rework.
Boulderox3 votesNoturne... The epitomy of fear in a champion... Remove the fear....
What they need to do is give him.some base hp, some tanky stats, lower his fear ratio, as they buffed it recently.
That way his targets don't die without being able to fight back, and he can't blow up under a stiff breeze.

Summonah123693 votesShould've put ''Champion 56'' in the description, yep apparently Nocturne has been re-named as Champion 56.
xxdhovakiinx1 votesI just notice that XD
chipndip12 votesRemove the fear from the champion designed around fear.
This is why it's hard to take people seriously on here.
Warlord Rhinark1 votes" {{champion:56} " doesn't work in titles. Just write Nocturne next time.
