Am i the only one who haves problem facing Fizz?
One of the most dumbest champion i've ever played against is Fizz.
I think that Fizz R should be able to hit a minion instead of going thru it so it is harder to play him. Same as Fizz E is just stupid as well, He gets untargetable and deals extreme amount of dmg which is pure bullshit in my opinion.
So i think that Fizz needs some extreme nerfing.
Or if u know something that counters him pls tell me :)
Oleandervine4 votesI think troll pole needs to be changed. It's incredibly frustrating that it's a defensive tool and a burst tool, and it's hard to play against. At least on Elise, Rappel can't damage the shit out of you when she comes down.

I dont see how Galio Q wouldnt hit Fix even on his pole. Maybe give him s aniche that make his ignore the grounded mechanic so he is a go to pick to Anivia or singed.
Reaper55992 votesI don't believe he is overly stong, it can be pretty easy to stomp a Fizz who has no idea they are doing.
Having said that, I do believe can be unfun to play into, troll poll can negate most heavy hitting spells with the press of a button, there should be more reward to using it and timing it well rather then just press a button and avoid a large chunk of damage.
With the hit that you suggested to his R, that would kill his lane phase, he relies on hitting high range sharks (Which can be hard enough on mobile targets.) and it would be extremely hard to do that if it could stop at minions.
For counters, I generally have a lot of success with

, these are all for the same reasons, they have great anti-engage tools in the case of Galio and Malzahar and can out poke him early on, In the Case of Kassadin, he can Teleport out of the way of Fizz's ultimate and then just turn on him, his passive and Q are also very useful to countering his burst.

Glory971 votesI dont think fizz is strong right now. Sure if you are in a bad matchup you need to be extremly careful, but on the other hand you can hard counter him and compeltly shut him down.

into Fizz and I have no problem preventing him from farming completely in the early game as well as completely shutting down his mid/late game with intervention.
Laceration1 votesFizz is a stat check champion, either he has the burst to kill you or he doesn't. Champions like this tend to be gold reliant so setting them behind in gold makes them useless. Fizz is actually very balanced because he has 0 tools in his kit which allows him to farm from ranged, if you understand how to manipulate waves you can deny him a ton of cs easily.
This doesn't only apply to fizz, this applies to champions like kayn and rengar. There's a reason champions like Ivern have high winrates against them. They don't beat them in the 1v1 but they steal champs which sets them behind.
