PBE Ornn (W) Changes
Ornn Bellows Breath (W) advance is no longer unstoppable.
Riot, you're taking out a lot of his skill expression. I absolutely 100% agree that he needs a nerf.... but not like this.... :c

His w is way too overloaded, they also need to reduce the brittle duration.
Its not "skill" when he can use it every 4 seconds and gain a massive shield + damage with it.
