Why am I experiencing so frequent loss of all control and disconnection from server?

Almost every single game as of late I am experiencing some sort of disconnection from the server through temporary loss of champion control in game or I am disconnected in lobby and lose lp for no reason because the game thinks I dodged. It is a little absurd that this is such an ongoing problem for so many people. It is not just me who is experiencing these poor connection issues. I am hearing the same thing from mostly everyone I know that plays league. Some people are so frustrated with it that they have decided to stop playing the game altogether and moved on. It is annoying when it happens in normal games but when it happens in ranked games and you are punished for the server being buggy, that is very frustrating. This is an issue that needs to be addressed. If you are unable to address this issue and fix your servers, then there needs to be a safeguard that doesnt punish a player for being disconnected from a game due to the server dropping them unexpectedly.
