Champion Mastery level 6+7 VS Honor Ribbons

To tell you the truth, I am actually quite pissed, why the the badges of champion mastery are so noticeable and it's impossible to miss but honor ribbons which Riot support being friendly and all of that are just tiny and barely noticeable compared to the champion mastery, I seriosly ask you, why?
