Hextech Crafting and Honor Ribbons

Honor Ribbons are a very old thing and they need a rework, because Riot are motivating players to be nice and friendly so why not give the players who proved to be nice and friendly a reward for being that way, so I am suggesting that either players who have Honor Ribbons get more keys (the drop chance for key fragments is increased) or make another reward for it because I really don't think that honor crests are good enough...

I have had my green ribbon for several years, and the only thing done with it so far is moving it from the corner of my champion splash on the loading screen to the center. Most people I have come across don't even know what green stands for. I am not sure if Hextech rewards will work or not, but Riot should do something to increase the awareness of the honor system. Maybe free stuff will do it, but I can't say for sure.
