I think there should be an option when in champion select that if four players choose to kick one (ranked only) they can kick them and start a new queued champ select and no one loses LP.
This will cancel trolling before it effects players.

This will be used to free dodge if the team gets counterpicked.
Or, maybe I'm out of date. Does dodging still lower LP or have any sort of penalty?
But if matchmaking were updated to be able to grab a replacement for someone who leaves during champion select, then we'd solve AFKers and disconnects during champ selection at the same time! That'd be a huge change though. And players are getting sick of too much change.
