Buff bard asap
his mobility and cc isnt worth the low-no dmg he does. not at all imo. anyone disagree?

His chimes/meeps need to be better integrated into his kit.
Right now, i see chimes as mana / ms buffs and nothing more, since the meeps are so underwhelming. Bad champion design there riot.

bard is one of those champs that require a LOT of played games before you can be good with him. just wait a few more weeks.
when thresh came out, people required a lot of time to remeber to use his lantern.
