Stealth is the pure counter to pets, and she can kill him before he can react and try to stun her. Her ult also takes her out of turret vulnerability after she's done the deed.

Kindred can outrange him as well as safeguarding herself from his damage with her R if she needs to. Heim tends to push HARD as well, which works in Kindred's favor as a gank from behind cuts off his escape.
