Seiferoth1 voteswit's end lets you fight earlier since they increased the cost of his Rageblade... it also synergizes well with his kit, I like it, most people like it. give it a try.
Jhin UItd JFK1 votesI think Wit's End would be a good rush if their team is AP heavy, if not rush Runaans and get Wit's second or third. Rageblade should be fourth to last item since it's so expensive now.

Wit's End rush increases the damage of his W, gives him more on-hit magic damage, gives him durability against the support, a roaming AP mid, top, or jungle, gives attack speed, and most importantly is very cheap and cost efficient.
Even without stats it's 108.8% gold efficient. With stacks it's 164.13%.
That's a pretty good first item power spike.

MunchCrunchLunch1 votesright now most likely you rush wits end unless the enemy team is full ad then you go runnans to waveclear at least. rageblade isn't worth rushing anymore on anyone because its worthless and the only value in it is from the phantom hit which needs multiple on hit items along with it to make any use.
