Let trolls get verbally abused or they keep doing it

Why not allow players to tell off people who troll on purpose? Someone that last picks a lane already picked, and says they only do one thing, IN A TEAM GAME of 5 people, should be allowed to get told off by their team. Instead our other mid leaves game pissed, we end up 4v5 with no ADC, and I get banned for telling this guy he just ruined the game for everyone... But I get banned, no swearing, no names besides troll, and no bashing of game play. Just STATING THE FACT THAT THIS PERSON RUINED THE GAME. And I get banned. This guy gets to keep playing and trolling in games though... WHAT A JOKE. FIX THE BANNING SYSTEM. BAN AFKS, BAN LEAVERS, BAN TROLLS. Don't INSTABAN the people who voice out against those people stating what they did wrong, and how it ruined the game for all other 9 players.. No Swearing, No names besides troll, and I'm banned he gets to play. YOUR COMMUNITY WENT SO DOWN HILL. YOU ALLOW PEOPLE TO TROLL AND AFK, AND PUNISH THOSE WHO SPEAK AGAINST THEM. No wonder Heroes of Storm is gaining a better community
