There's Zero chances to catch up now if you're behind Jungle and if you get invade.....

Basically you might as well just go sit in lane with your laners if they refuse to rotate to help you during an invade because you're basically doom.

Because most laners will never rotate because CS > Jungler is worth more

This exp nerf is stupid dumb because yeah Season 9 Jungles has been pretty much dominated but that because Season 9 people were dumb and Riot FK up the Ranked ladder placing all the baddie into higher tier they don't belong in.

You want an example?

You can afk farm for 5min and get like 3 success gank and still behind 2 level if that's how far you were before. You cannot catch up in exp LMAO
