The one issue I have with hextech crafting.
So I think it's a splendid system. I've always wanted a way to earn skins and be rewarded for doing well in games. However, this current system of, you earn one chest per champion per season is just awful. So let's break this down on why it's really bad. First of all if a season lasts about a year, which is 365 days and you earn a new chest every 6 days, that means that to get all of the chests, you would need to get an S rank with around 60 champions. That is way too high. No one is going to have that deep of a champion pool especially in high tier play where players are basically forced to play meta champions if they want to win games. So not only does this shaft top tier, but it also shafts anyone who's a one trick or just doesn't have a deep champion pool. Now Riot i'm all for making people play new things, but playing 60 different champions each year just to get these chests is a little ridiculous. My suggestion would be to make it one chest per champion per month. You're going to get at least 4 chests a month which would mean that all you have to do is play 4 different champions in one month to obtain the chests. It could even be one chest per champion per two or three months. I'm not sure why Riot is trying to force players to play different champions to get free stuff. Shouldn't you be rewarded on the champions that you actually took the time to get mastery with? There are probably very few players who can play 60 different champions really well so why is this system like this?
TL:DR Riot I love you, but this whole one champion, one chest, one season thing has got to go and replaced with something more reasonable.
