Can Riot please not randomly distribute pick positions in rank?

I am really annoyed that I get first pick every single game, at least for now it has been 6 games. It's really annoying that your enemy can just counter pick you every game. Pick position matters a lot for mid and top laners. I hope riot can add a system that will track the pick positions of players each game then give different positions to the players
