Patch 6.5: Less Time To Get To LvL 30 [suggestion]

As you know it will be taking new players 50% less time get to level 30. I suppose for smurfs this is a very nice thing, however won't it make the new players of the game be able to jump into a ranked game quicker? The way I see it, level 1-30 is the tutorial and if a short cut is being implemented perhaps it will hurt the lower tiers of the community with new unranked players whom are not ready for ranked attempting to rank up.

Perhaps better implementing a tutorial for new players or at least refining the current one to be a little more in deapth could be an option. Apparently the tutorial tells you to build a thornmail or something on Ashe? Not sure, but as a tutorial, thats a little counterproductive xD

I am kind of onboard with your idea of 1-30 being the real tutorial. I really didnt focus in on a role or specific set of champs to really work with until about lvl 20. At the same time I am a bit eager to see how I stack up in ranked. Granted I played a round with a plat friend who literally made it seem like the entire enemy team was standing still just waiting to be slaughtered. So I know there is still alot to learn.
