@Riot, I'd be a nice idea to have a sandbox mode.

It does, it's called custom game, you can start it w/ no one but you on the rift, or some AIs if you like. Simple, I use it for testing stuff, like jungle clears and such.

They have acknowledged the potential for this sort of thing going forward (after a huge community uproar).
