the game is to far gone for me to want to search for it but i was playing Orianna support with a tristana ADC (duo'd) with a Darius top, Ekko mid and some rando jungler i cant remember. The Ekko AFK'd and the jungler was feeding but i got my ADC so many kills in late game that we could 3v5 vs a team with a Yas, Vayne and and Jax all fed. i ended with a kda of 5/4/50 and my adc had 37/4/20-ish. we had no towers and an exposed nexus by the time we could turn it around all the way, but we won and i ended up gifted twice by the enemy team <3
