Is RIOT forgeting about champion pool in competitive play ?

These LC things are boring now with small pool champion. The pool size didnt change in last 3 years, when it was the show of 20 champions.

If the champions isnt in top 20 champs, their pick/ban rate will below 30%. This state happened every years. The nerf/buff champ only replace some champion in pool, it didnt expand the pool.

Why riot cant face the fact that they still cant balance champions in LCK/LCS, even world championships ?

The highest level of play picks the best possible champions for the current meta while only deviating for certain matchups and compositions? Wow, who would do such a thing? Why isn't every champion in the game good for every meta?
