Player attitude

I'm starting to think, as a relatively new player who has only known ranked in "Elo Hell" that the attitude brings an exponential amount of negativity into the game. Just played a game where our support picked Mf, and while it isn't the best pick right now, our adc decided they weren't having it and picked thresh. This was compounded by the fact that our Mf support didn't switch to adc build and we ended up losing all solo lanes because me, as jungler, cannot teleport from top to bot.
