Xayah design is good. Itemization and supports are too much.
The sudden impact nerf is not that bad, especially since most assassins main mobility is on a high cool down anyway.
Sudden Impact is a bit much. With one 1100g item and Sudden Impact, AD assassin's can just ignored most midlane mages armour. It basically meant due to it's cooldown that someone like Talon can proc it on every Q. It might as well not even had a cooldown before because 4 seconds is a shorter time than most champs can even use another dash, now it will be a meaning cooldown you have to take note of.
