Suggestion for HUD improvements

Riot, I really like that you provide an option for: hud size, chat size, and map size. Each of these has an independent slider within the in game options but I have an issue with the hud size slider. When you slide the chat bar, it gets smaller. When you slide the hud size, it gets smaller but so does the chat bar. They are not independent. Because the chat has a transparency to it I am not bothered by its size, but I still want the hud to be smaller for more vision on the game. Please review this idea.
