Is Riot doing anything special for Snowdown this year? Last year we had a Snowdown shop and Poro king. I know they are bringing a frosty new look for the map, but are we getting the shop again or something similar to it?

So we get Winter Rift like you said, like 5 new Hextech Chests and many Materials.
