The Magnificent Twisted Fate skin

The skin is considered a legendary skin according to a tab on the game, but it doesn't have all the things that classify a legendary skin, animation changes, texture changes, possible model changes, sound changes. Yet it still costs just as much as the skins that have those things. How would we start a petition to get Riot to update the skin? Heck, even Corporate Mundo has changed attack particles. I mean it's not the most important thing, but I feel as though the skin is a wee bit outdated or should be dropped down a tier so as not to cost so much based on that.
