Muting a teammate should mute their pings.

When a person's being a colossal asshole for no good reason at all and they spite everyone on the team by spamming pings FOREVER muting them should mute their pings too. So when assholes like Tsutsugami (douchebag teammate.) don't get everything they want on a silver platter and pitch a bitch-fit and start pinging because everyone mutes them like a mature human being. It's so annoying hearing the ping sound about 500 times that people actually leave. I'm begging you riot, either ban someone if they use a certain ping a certain # of absurd times or just let muting them in chat silence their pings too. (Preferably both.) PS. I know you're promoting teamwork and all but when someone's using the system to piss off everyone else to no end it's not beneficial at all, please... Listen... PPS. And lower the surrender time so we can leave faster... 15 minutes plz...
