Long cooldowns but strong effects.

Orianna probably has the most balanced kit. No mobility with extremely telegraphed damage. Doesn't have obnoxious range. No point-and-clicks. No obnoxious amounts of CC. No obnoxious base damages and actually needs items. Can synergize with her team via ball delivery.

Any problems with her ever can simply be solved with minor numbers adjustments

Orianna is actually, power wise, on par with lee-sin. Shes been one of the top 5 champions in the game since the first official worlds.

She usually shows up and dominates IN worlds too.

Lmao no she doesnt.

Season 6 Worlds:

Orianna:

5W - 8L (13 total) : 38% winrate

ZERO bans. 16.9% pick/ban rate which is the 30th highest.

Season 5 Worlds:

Orianna:

3W - 9L (12 total) : 25% winrate

ZERO bans. 16.4% pick/ban rate which is 31st highest

Where is this complete Worlds domination you're going on about again?

Anivia Annie Ashe Bard Braum Caitlyn Cassiopeia Chogath Darius Diana Draven Ekko Elise Ezreal and a lot more probably, most of the champions are actually balanced kinda, its just snowballing and feeding are broken.

Then there are the op outliersGalio , the people the meta favorsLulu , and the horrible champs that need buffs or some fixingDrMundo .

I mean seriously, look at those muscles!

Velkoz? Skillshots and nothing really making him op except his damage which can be avoided.

I have to agree with you 100% Vel'koz has always felt fair no matter which side I'm on. If I'm doing well with him I feel rewarded, if I'm getting stomped by one I feel outplayed or that I really fucked up. Vel'koz IMO IS THE most fair and balanced champ in this game.

tbh most of the champions are in a healthy state most of the time. For healthy longest or "most healthy" I'd say Singed has been pretty good through every season. Never really op but never really up, and his kit has barely been touched besides a couple quality of life buffs to keep up with other champs over the years like adding max hp dmg to his fling and making it work with his slow field.

OK, I'll be the one to ask. Define "healthy?"
