Haven't received and key shard for close to a month
I play like premuch every second day and for the past month and like 2 weeks I havn't recieved any key shards, i have 7 boxs but no keys or shards ???

It's somewhat gated, has been said in dev blogs. Keys do require wins though, so if you're on a rough losing streak, you're also out of luck for key fragments.
To be honest the drop rate seems to have lessened
