CLIENT FREEZE

After all bans had been completed the client froze straight after and had to reload. After the reload i had a 5 minute ban wtf is this?? I didnt leave or anything the whole client went a hazey white and a pop up box said the client was unresponsive and had a choice of either wait for it to respond or close the program and i waited for a minute and nothing so restarted the client, as i was first to pick and would have goten booted anyways? They need to fix the crash report program or somthing because this is bs.
