KS'ing A lot
Assume one individual were to ks all the kills in the team therefore he is about 30 and 0, this person did not flame and did nothing against the summoner Code but be an utter douche to the rest of his team by stealing kills. Can someone like this be banned.
*note: I say this because I have seen some people "KillSteal" by flashing and/or Ulting to take kills
