Good Poke Champions

Ziggs, Xerath, and Viktor are all pretty good. Xerath has the best range, Ziggs is the best at taking towers, and Viktor is the safest.

I would have to go with my main man, the king of being a total ass; max range pokes, everything is a skill shot, and his r is literally artillery. you have a good ranged small aoe slow, and a projectile mid-ranged stun which is just a god in team fights or for running away. the q is the most used and by far the best aspect of xerath, he uses it for max range attack with a relatively short cool down. The passive gives mana for a basic attack every 12 seconds, so it severely lowers the need to return to fountain. Drawbacks of this champion: you have no viable damage outside of your abilities, you have absolutely no health, and you have no way to stop people from dodging all of your attacks. This is a champion you need a lot of practice with to make predictions and get used to the feeling of being the guy that is targeted off the field before anyone else. Never let your guard down as you are a literal glass cannon, there needs to be a glass cannon skin for him honestly.
