Active Item CDR Cap

Hi,

Sorry if this has already been asked, I did a quick search and didn't only saw the question on the PBE forum (although unanswered).

Is there a cap on Active Item CDR? For example, CDR is capped at 40% (not sure if it still goes to 45% with masteries or not), but that only applies to skills. There is a separate stat, Active Item CDR. I was wondering if this stat is also capped at 40%?

doesnt seem like it, ive been running ingenious hunter with rby sightstone, which gives 60% item cdr, and it reduces the cooldown of redemption from 120 seconds to around 45, so if there is a cap i havent hit it
