Math and social studies teach you majority rule and 3 is greater than 2.
nobody should be forced to suffer ARAMs with people who dont cooperate with team and make us suffer another 10 min of our lives wasted.

It's 2/3 needed to pass a surrender.
Surrendering isn't a minor decision where majority rule should come into play like doing Baron vs. getting an Inhib tower.
It's just ending the game right then an there, something akin to 2/3 rule rather than 1/2.
