why is kassadin kept down because of his mobility, but ahri and leblanc both have stupid mobility. and also they have hard cc and good damage where as kassadin tickles you and slows

why cant cassadins shield protect him from monster damage in the jungle so he could jungle instead of onlyy be mid lane
Because once he hits 6, he has unrestricted mobility, and being able to blink every few seconds is insanely broken, and uses a ton of his power budget.
