Normally, I understand there is a meta and there are certain champions to pick, but the game is literally out of control. Here are the topics:

  1. Too many champions:

The banlist is just being pointless. There are so many overpowered champions I don't see any point to doing the 3 man per team ban. I will ban champions and feel like i do absolutely nothing because someone else is broken or too many overpowered champions in the game.

Riot should move into a direction of making a banlist 5 time a year like competitive card games like yugioh and magic

There should be certain amount of tops, adcs, supports, mid and jungle to play per ban list and rotate the banlist 5 times a year. This alone will keep the game fresh.

and get rid of the 3 bans per team and make it a 1 ban champion on each team because of the banlist list enforce while introducing new champions.

Pros:

meta is always fresh easier for riot to balance out the game instead of nerf roles introduce champion pool and skill to the game LCS will be more competitive shorter queue time due to 1 ban

  1. Every role is overpowered except adc:

I notice and watching doublelift streams and other pro players, LCS na and eu, and LCK. Every role can basically 2 shot you except adc.

Supports do more damage than the AD range carry and can almost 2 shot players if build right Mid lane champions can almost 2 shot any champion Top / tank will build no damage items if not only one damage item and be able to 2 shot you Jungle champion can 2 shot the carries as well

The reason why smash bros was a great game because not only few champions were broken. When they orignally made the game. Everyone was broken. if you're going to make all the other laners broken. Riot might as well make every role broken; and just be able to 2 shot players is just unhealthy in the game

  1. What happened to high skill level of kitting or orb walking?

the range AD carry can no longer kite. i'm watching pro players and doublelift / piglet; one of the best mechanical players in the world no longer kitting on adc because they are force to play jhin or varus or maybe ashe so they can be so far that they cannot get hit. I remember the point of skill of adc is be able to kite. I knew it was a sad day when i see world champion piglet where his skills at kitting was on par with doublelift not able to kite in the LCS this year 2017. Tanks, assassins and brusiers are just able to jump in your face and kill you because you either 2 shot the adc or you're not able to kite at all for some reason riot thinks it's okay for tanks to able to jump in your face and do massive damage without damage items or 1 damage item

it's not just the adc role alone just ability to kite and dodge is taken out of the game because champions can 2 shot you. I remember i strictly watch the lcs and just be amazed how piglet kite, arrow kite, doubelift kite, stixxay kite, and just be amazing how well they can map move their champions.

  1. Tanks/ bruisers / juggernauts damage

Why are tanks able to build one item and 2 shot your carry or do way more damage than a carry that is building damage? or some cases top laners do more than than the adc with just tank items? Why tanks building full tank doing so much damage? so what you're telling me they able to do tanking and do damage at the same time. While the other laners have to pick damage or build some off build to be tanky.

  1. Make everyone broken

if you're going to make the game broken, i'm okay with broken. Then make every champion in the game broken: adc, mid, top, jungle and support

like if we are okay with broken, make everyone broken not just certain laners

  1. Tanks - should actually be tanks without doing so much damage Bruiser - should do damage but they shouldn't be able to tank Juggernauts - should do damage / and carry/ not able to tank

if bruisers build tank, they shouldn't be able to do damage. I still have questions on juggernauts i'm not sure what riot going with this but they are able to be a bruiser and tank at the same time so i don't even know how to balance this. i'm sure there are more concerns but this game is just very healthy due to too many champions in the game

Your plan to balance League, is to reduce the champions in the game. How in any way would that result in anything you said? Metas would be set in stone, as the small champion pool means the top champs rise farther than ever. Also, this would have literally no effect on the length of Pro games, since they already play the same 10-20 champs a game. Not only that, how does reducing the amount of champions in a game increase the skill involved?

that's why i said rotate the banlist 5 times a year instead of playing a pointless game and banlist every game the whole year
