Just a observation

First off I want to state that I'm not saying this to complain, it's just something I noticed today and thought I should share. That being said I've noticed that League is kinda doing the same thing Paragon did before it shut down. I'm aware of the difference in player base but just hear me out. -There was a drastic change in building your kit: Runes reforged/ Three Card System -Devleopers stressed making games shorter and more action packed -Huge damage creep making fights really quick right after a tank meta. -Champ imbalances and item changes making it worse -Frequent champ reworks

There's plenty of parallels and I hope that riot has some sort of end game to all of this. I feel like with the surge of battle royal games that this is maybe not the best time to make drastic alienating changes to the game. Epic's issue was that they made their changes when Fortnite had just released (ironically). Now Fortnite has reached peak popularity and League is doing the same. I have no intention of switching but I can't speak for others. Just something I noticed.

When i play lol, ive already switched back to my previous main role, which is mid, but ive already switched back to dota 2 and starcraft 2 which i played before i started lol in season 4.

Most of my friends in lol moved away from this game, which isnt game which they loved and enjoyed at start of this season already.

Whatever rito is doing here is boosting DOTA popularit now, cos i see a surge of new players in DOTA now.
